With characters created by Akira Toriyama, the mind who brought us Dragonball, and music by Nobuo Uematsu, the composer who did the Final Fantasy music, how can this game not be a amazing?
I must amidt though, I am not usually one for adventure games, mostly I like turn-based battle systems, but this one caught my interest with the video (check the link to the official site: http://www.rocketxl.com/bluedragonplus/assets/videos.html
This game look amazing, and I can't wait to get my hands on it ^-^

Who needs to be saved...
I was watching a bit of "Kingdom of Heaven" and was getting really ticked off that the "bad guys" kept on getting away with everything. Then I thought but their king is still protecting them (ironically, they are just waiting for him to die so that they can become king and have all sorts of battles), he is saving them. Saving them! Even though they don't deserve it.
Sound familiar? I thought so ^-^
I originally thought that they deserved whatever they got, not becoming king being at the top of that list.
Although most of you will think "I will never do things like that" or "I am not as bad as him", you should realize that no one man (or woman) is perfect (I see that even now while struggling to put my thoughts into words).
I have lost my pace and words, so I will try to come back to finish this in another entry, but I think you got the jist.

Sewing is a Pain - Especially when Sewing Obscure things...
The most annoying thing that happens while trying to create a costume is being unable to find the right pattern (so far as I have learned).
I am making a Sakura (from Tsubasa Chronicles) costume, but can't find any patterns (for her shoes) that are similar (see first picture).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The pictures following this are some reference pictures I used for the costume (which I haven't started yet, I am just looking).

Kid Nation - Is it really necessary?
I am okay with the fact that the kids on Kid Nation will learn how to work. I also have no problem with the fact that the kids might get a few scratches and bruises.
What I have a problem with is the fact that they started using the *bleep*.
That is not a good sign.
In this last week's episode of Kid Nation (the one where they moved a few kids around the districts) Sophia got mad at Guyland for saying that they were all out for themselves in the showdown and she swore at him. It was so bad that they *bleeped* out the sound and blurred her mouth.
What I am trying to say is...this is getting to be too much.
They should slow it down. These kids are breaking down and crying (because they miss their parents and animals), and cheering (because some kid swore at another one) all for the sake of "good TV."
I don't think its "good TV" when kids are being used this way.
As I said above I think it's great that they are getting a lot of kids to work (like Taylor) and having them learn the value of it, but a lot of those kids are pretty young, too young to be experiencing swear words that should be bleeped and blurred from public television.

Welcome
Hello and welcome to Theo's Place.
I will probably be talking about lots of random things so be prepared for the unexpected ^_^
Maybe TV shows, movies, or political topics, who knows?!
I hope you will be coming back often.
